Frequently Asked Questions

Our retreats are designed for participants that are active, open-minded and curious. It doesn’t matter what your gender, race, weight, flexibility or level of experience is, our Retreats are inclusive and offer a range of practices and techniques that are suitable for everyone. Some adventures can be a bit more strenuous in terms of traveling, landscape, temperature, air quality etc, however, we always offer Info Calls and briefings before such a journey to make sure everyone is prepared well. Should you be unsure, please contact us to book a FREE DISCOVERY CALL and we will find out together if your chosen trip is a good fit for you.

We love to guide you through the whole experience and have a well equipped team of teachers and hosts supporting you every step of the way.

Yes!! We love courageous souls who embark on a journey on their own. That said, with us, you are never alone. You will find friends from Day 1 and may keep them for a lifetime. Community is everything to us.

In terms of room sharing: As long as a shared room is available, you may book it. We will do our best to find a good roomie match for you. All roommates have their own bed to ensure a little more privacy. Should the twin room option not be available after your booking, we will contact you asap to offer you another room option.

During Retreats where we stay in one and the same location for the entire time you get to enjoy 1-2 daily practices of 2 hours, plus there will also be 1-2 workshops either once during the daytime or in the evening.

On adventure trips and pilgrimages we include a lot of sightseeing and cultural deep dives too. We usually have a morning meditation and Yoga practice or Breathwork session and on some afternoons an evening practice or a Mantra Circle. On traveling days (especially on days we fly), we sometimes do not have a practice, but that happens usually only once during the whole entire trip. You will receive a detailed outline of the itinerary during the Opening Circle of each Retreat or Pilgrimage.

This is to protect you in case of any unforeseen circumstances both before your trip or during your trip. We recommend purchasing travel insurance as soon as you purchase your flight. In case you get sick or have a family emergency and need to cancel your flight, travel insurance should cover you.

Yes, we do send out a detailed Info PDF including packing list after you have signed up for a Retreat with your deposit. We will also discuss further packing tips in our Info Call or Telegram Group before we take off.

No, the deposit is non refundable and not transferable. The deposit secures your spot on the Retreat as well as your accommodation. We are making arrangements on your behalf which means we are required to make non-refundable deposits for accommodation, venues, flights etc way in advance, hence we cannot offer flexibility.
